Franklin Stamping Industries, Inc. was established in 1981, and has been at it's current location since 1984. FSI specializes in Metal Stamping of Sub-assemblies, short or long term and is especially competitive in stamping for the rubber molding industry.
FSI has developed dies, tooling, and gages per the customer specifications for components that are used by the major name automotive and commercial industries. FSI builds new progressive dies, draw, staking, and 1 hit dies.
Franklin Stamping has built and currently has in production multi cavity tools. These types of dies have been built to save money and reduce costs to our customers.
Our Machine capabilities range from 30 ton to 600 ton presses. We also have multi-slides (28's and 33's), as well . We also perform in-house de-burring of products..
Using the latest AIAG methods, our Quality Department offers APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), to our customers. PPAP service, (Production Part Approval Processing), as well as inspection services for part dimensional layouts, capability studies, special studies, gage calibration and Gage R&R.
